El proyecto consiste en la urbanización
de unos terrenos anexos a un edificio de 35 viviendas que se desarrollaba simultáneamente,
parte de cuyo terreno adyacente está sin urbanizar y por lo tanto debe ser
terminado antes de la obtención de las licencias municipales correspondientes.
